Each problem brings an opportunity is how I look at challenges including the big one of to-day's volatile economy.
It is natural to look at a negative as a dead-end but a little bit of lateral thinking can turn it into an opportunity.
Ask what's the flip side of the problem?
Does the fact that your client does not want your product or service mean that you can approach his or her competitors' and give them a competitive advantage.
Or does your client's rejection of your offer bring you the opportunity of recrafting your offer to meet an unmet need that you may not have been aware of.
