Rating your boss

To relieve stress I think rating your boss is a great idea. Wouldn't it be great if you could actually score your boss on how effective and professional they are. Maybe it could even be linked to their pay or bonus.
I don't think the managers in the call center where I work would listen to feedback. The first line managers appear to do what they like and they are not aware of the stress they cause in the workplace.
No one seems to manage them. They all do things their own way, and I don't think they realise how much stress they put their sales teams under.
I've heard employment law is a lot more strict and enforced in a lot more places in the UK.
My managers certainly don't know how to spot the symptoms of stress. I know that no one in the sales call center would be comfortable talking to them about how they manage their teams.
I would really like to see a league table of the ratings managers receive from their staff put up on a wall.
Name and shame the stress causers - Praise the good guys
and let's put an end to stress in the workplace.
