Julie has an English Language business for people who want to improve their English and experience the English way of life.

These are two really important questions for business owners. They get right to the core of what business owners need to do to sell the products and services they offer.

You may be an expert on:

your products or services,

And you may know your customers and your market well.

As a business owner you have probably learned many other skills such as, Accounting and book keeping, managing people, and customer relations.

And on top of all this you have to be a sales and marketing expert as well.

Questions like the two sent in by Julie may appear straight forward to someone like me that has been in sales for over 20 years.
