There are an increasing number of households where the woman is the key breadwinner. This means that in addition to the challenges of running a home they are now facing stress in the workplace.

Hi, I'm Donna Craine and I enjoy helping people to get the best out of their lives.

I have helped many people from many different backgrounds to make positive changes in their life, and overcome barriers to happiness.

I’m a registered hypnotherapist with practices in several locations in the Manchester area of the UK.

I’m also a working woman so I understand the obstacles and issues women face in the workplace and with their career development.

Over the coming months I will be researching issues and reporting back facts to you on stress management for women in the workplace, and self improvement and motivation.

I also intend to research and provide practical self help for women facing the challenges of this ever evolving issue.

Through my experience of helping people overcome barriers and achieve their life and work goals at my hypnotherapy practice in Manchester, I will provide practical stress management and self improvement and motivation techniques in this Womanhood section of the site.
