sales dilemma

As a sales rep for a services company, I believed so much in upholding the integrity of my company.
Every time I help clients recover money or process claims in exchange for patronage; ,they refuse to buy afterwards....not once... not twice........
If selling entails customer satisfaction.....then where did I go wrong???
Thanks

Reply from Stephen Craine...Hi Abolaji, and thank you for submitting the question.
I agree with you about upholding integrity, it is the best way to gain repeat business.Unfortunately not all customers respond in the way we would expect.
I would recommend that you find a way to gain some agreement to future sales before you take the actions of recovering money for them.
It's very similar to using a conditional sales closing technique. Take a look at this page
Conditional Closing Techniques and see if you can adapt the techniques to close more sales from your customers.
